A delicious combination of shrimp and creamy, spicy sauce served with pasta, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Sriracha
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions (for garnish)
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, tossing until everything is well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and parsley.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, you can add more mayonnaise or sweet chili sauce. Feel free to adjust the amount of Sriracha for your desired spice level.
