Description

A delicious combination of shrimp and creamy, spicy sauce served with pasta, perfect for a weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce, tossing until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and parsley.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, you can add more mayonnaise or sweet chili sauce. Feel free to adjust the amount of Sriracha for your desired spice level.
