Description

A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring creamy Bang Bang sauce, tender shrimp, and perfectly cooked spaghetti, perfect for busy nights or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 10 ounces shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles (cooked al dente)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Boil water in a large pot with salt. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  5. Once the shrimp are cooked, add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss until everything is well coated.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Adjust the heat by adding more sriracha, or add fresh lime juice for a burst of freshness. Always taste as you cook to balance flavors.
