A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring creamy Bang Bang sauce, tender shrimp, and perfectly cooked spaghetti, perfect for busy nights or family dinners.
Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 10 ounces shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles (cooked al dente)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey until smooth. Set aside.
- Boil water in a large pot with salt. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Adjust the heat by adding more sriracha, or add fresh lime juice for a burst of freshness. Always taste as you cook to balance flavors.
