Instructions
- Preheat the oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the bang bang sauce.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush them generously with the bang bang sauce, ensuring both sides are coated.
