Description

A quick and flavorful bang bang salmon dish that comes together in just 15 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush them generously with the bang bang sauce, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the bang bang sauce for 10-15 minutes before cooking. Adjust sriracha and honey to taste for heat and sweetness.
