Description

A quick and healthy salmon dish featuring a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy your flavorful and healthy lunch!

Notes

For a perfect result, use wild-caught salmon and consider varying the spice levels to suit your taste. Allowing the salmon to rest after baking enhances texture and flavor.
