Description

Crispy salmon fillets paired with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce for a delicious and memorable dinner experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil, allowing it to shimmer.
  2. Season each salmon fillet generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika on both sides.
  3. Gently place the salmon fillets skin-side down into the skillet, and cook without moving them for 4-5 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.
  4. Carefully flip the fillets, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through and flake easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon cooks, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and lime juice until well combined.
  6. Once the salmon is cooked, plate it and drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions for a fresh garnish.

Notes

Use skin-on fillets for best results. The cooking times may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the salmon fillets. Adjust Sriracha for desired spiciness.
