Description

A crispy and flavorful Bang Bang Salmon Bowl featuring perfectly cooked salmon bites topped with a sweet and spicy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet (skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust according to desired heat)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (or lime juice for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon cubes dry and season them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
  6. Toss the crispy salmon bites in the sauce or drizzle it over the top before serving.
  7. Serve over rice or greens, adding toppings like cucumber, avocado, and sesame seeds.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the salmon for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
