Description

A vibrant and flavorful twist on traditional fried rice featuring chicken, mixed vegetables, and a bold bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons bang bang sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Push the chicken to the side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
  4. Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and bang bang sauce, mixing everything together until heated through.
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For best results, use cold, day-old rice. Customize with your choice of protein and veggies.
