Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
