Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery, and sauté until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with the bread crumbs, remaining butter, parsley, parmesan cheese, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and drizzle with chicken broth.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
