Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, fresh, peeled, and deveined
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and broth. Mix until well combined.
- Layer the shrimp in a greased casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy on top.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges.
