Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups buttered bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with shrimp, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in melted butter and chicken broth until the mixture is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy on top.

Notes
For added flavor, you can incorporate a pinch of red pepper flakes. Using fresh parsley enhances the taste compared to dried.
