Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups buttered bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with shrimp, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Stir in melted butter and chicken broth until the mixture is well combined.

Notes
