Description

A warm and flavorful dip featuring shrimp, creamy cheeses, and Old Bay seasoning, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shrimp until evenly distributed in the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until hot, golden, and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Using fresh shrimp elevates the flavor. For a zestier dip, consider adding lemon zest or a splash of hot sauce.
