Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped shrimp, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot, golden, and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or crostini.
Notes
For added heat, mix in cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. Let the dip rest for a few minutes after baking for easier serving.
