Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the teriyaki sauce.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
