Description

A simple yet flavorful baked salmon dish enhanced with lemon and dill, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispy skin finish, place the fillets skin-side down on parchment paper and monitor closely in the last few minutes of baking.
