Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
