Description

A wholesome and quick baked salmon dish with a vibrant lemon butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup broccoli florets


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in lemon juice and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over them.
  4. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flakes easily.
  7. During the last 5 minutes, add the broccoli to the baking sheet with the potatoes.
  8. Serve the baked salmon with roasted potatoes and broccoli.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate salmon in the lemon butter sauce before baking and add fresh herbs for garnish.
