Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Mahi Mahi fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for greasing and seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed is preferred)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Grease your baking dish with olive oil.
- Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in the dish, skin-side down.
- Drizzle olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the fillets.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
