Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Mahi Mahi fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for greasing and seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed is preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in the dish, skin-side down.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, broil the Mahi Mahi for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking to promote a crispy top.
