Description

A quick and flavorful baked salmon dish with a zesty lemon Dijon mustard glaze, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the salmon rest for a few minutes after baking to enhance flavor and texture.
