Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
