Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes (russet), scrubbed and cut into wedges

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or alternative) (50 g)
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
  • salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to heat up.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, place the potato wedges. Pour olive oil over them and stir until fully coated. Add grated cheese to the potatoes and mix once more.
  3. In a separate smaller bowl, combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Sprinkle this blend over the potatoes and stir to ensure even coverage. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet, making sure the skin side is facing down.
