Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes (russet), scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan or alternative) (50 g)
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to heat up.
- In a large mixing bowl, place the potato wedges. Pour olive oil over them and stir until fully coated. Add grated cheese to the potatoes and mix once more.
- In a separate smaller bowl, combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Sprinkle this blend over the potatoes and stir to ensure even coverage. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet, making sure the skin side is facing down.
- Place in the preheated oven and cook until the potatoes are tender and have a golden color, approximately 40 minutes.
