Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (like tilapia or cod)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small taco-sized corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets with the seasoning mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
