Description

A delightful dish featuring salmon fillets seasoned with Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado mixture.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Rub the olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, combine the diced avocado with lime juice, salt, and cilantro in a bowl.
  6. Once the salmon is done, top with the avocado mixture and serve immediately.

Notes

Consider marinating the salmon for 30 minutes in olive oil and Cajun seasoning for richer flavor. Pair with a salad or quinoa for a complete meal.
