Description

A gourmet meal of salmon topped with rich Boursin cheese, blended with garlic and lemon flavors, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with the remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon in the baking dish skin-side down (if applicable), and spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through (145°F internal temperature).

Notes

Serve with seasonal vegetables or grains like quinoa or rice for a complete meal.
