Description

A refreshing summer dish of shrimp marinated in lime juice, combined with creamy avocado and fresh vegetables, served chilled with tortilla chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with lime juice, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes, drain the shrimp and add avocado, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and cilantro.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and gently toss to combine.
