Description

A refreshing shrimp ceviche with vibrant flavors and bright colors, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1-2 jalapeños, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Avocado slices (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice.
  2. Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the shrimp turns opaque.
  3. After marinating, add red onion, tomato, cucumber, jalapeños, and cilantro to the bowl with marinated shrimp.
