Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and asparagus, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the asparagus is tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
