Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the tuna steaks in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a minute.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
