Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring grilled tuna steaks marinated in a savory blend of sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger.


Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a minute.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
