Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (divided)
- Green onion (sliced, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, sesame oil, ground ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder, and rice vinegar.
- Marinate the Tuna: Coat the tuna steaks generously with the marinade and allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Coat the Tuna: Remove the steaks from the marinade and sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides.
- Grill the Tuna: Place the tuna steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve & Enjoy: Let the tuna rest briefly before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.
