Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin-on
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together the soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Marinate the salmon in the mixture for 15–60 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (375°F–400°F) and oil the grates.
- Grill the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, baste the salmon with the marinade during grilling. Let the salmon rest for a few moments after grilling to redistribute the juices.
