Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, lime juice, sesame oil, and black pepper until combined.
- Place tuna steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Refrigerate and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Remove the tuna from the marinade and discard any leftover mixture.
- Grill, sear, or bake the tuna steaks to your preferred doneness, aiming for medium-rare to medium.
