Description

This Texas Roadhouse salmon recipe delivers a delightful crunch on the outside with a tender, flaky texture inside. With a blend of sweet and savory flavors, it’s perfect for quick, delicious family meals or special dinner guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat the salmon fillets dry.
  3. Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
  4. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and brush it with half of the glaze.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  7. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  8. Remove from the oven, let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the salmon in the glaze for a few minutes before baking. Experiment with grilling for a smokier taste.
