Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat the salmon fillets dry.
- Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet and brush it with half of the glaze.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
