Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Place tuna steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over tuna, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Remove tuna from marinade and cook as desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding chili flakes or sesame seeds. Squeeze fresh lemon juice if the tuna becomes overcooked.
