Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
- 25 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 13 teaspoon (1 ml) freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 25 cup (60 ml) shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Set your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper by whisking them together. Add the zucchini slices and stir until they are fully coated.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the zucchini pieces over, sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese, and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and begins to brown, approximately another 5 minutes.
