Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 25 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • 13 teaspoon (1 ml) freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 25 cup (60 ml) shredded Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Set your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper by whisking them together. Add the zucchini slices and stir until they are fully coated.
  3. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the zucchini pieces over, sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese, and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and begins to brown, approximately another 5 minutes.
