Instructions
- Utilize a mandolin to cut the sweet potatoes into wafer-thin pieces.
- Immerse the sweet potato pieces in cold water for 20 minutes to eliminate excess starch.
- Drain the water and gently dry the slices with a paper towel.
- Coat the slices with vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer. Heat at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until they are crispy.
- Take the chips out of the air fryer and continue this process until all sweet potato slices are cooked.
