Ingredients
- 2 Portobello Mushroom
- 1 cup (240 ml) imitation crab meat shredded
- 3 tablespoon (45 ml) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Japanese mayo
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded cheese
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon (8 ml) lemon zest
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) prawns or shrimp chopped, optional
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Combine the shredded imitation crab, cream cheese, Japanese mayonnaise, grated cheese, chopped green onions, lemon zest, diced prawns (if using), and a dash of black pepper in a big mixing bowl.
- Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms, and carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon until they are clean.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture, adding about 5-6 tablespoons per mushroom, depending on their size.
- Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for 12 minutes or until the exterior is crispy and the inside is creamy.
