Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello Mushroom
  • 1 cup (240 ml) imitation crab meat shredded
  • 3 tablespoon (45 ml) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Japanese mayo
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon (8 ml) lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) prawns or shrimp chopped, optional
  • Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded imitation crab, cream cheese, Japanese mayonnaise, grated cheese, chopped green onions, lemon zest, diced prawns (if using), and a dash of black pepper in a big mixing bowl.
  2. Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms, and carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon until they are clean.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture, adding about 5-6 tablespoons per mushroom, depending on their size.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for 12 minutes or until the exterior is crispy and the inside is creamy.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle with seaweed powder and sesame seeds before serving, and enjoy!
