Ingredients

  • 33333334326744 cup (80 ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 5 cup (120 ml) panko bread crumbs
  • 25 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce (170 g)) jar jalapeno-stuffed green olives, drained
  • 1 serving nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Put the flour into one bowl. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. In a third bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Roll the olives in the flour, dip them in the egg, and then cover them with the bread crumb and cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange half of the coated olives in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry them for 12 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through the cooking process. Do the same with the remaining olives.
