Ingredients
- 33333334326744 cup (80 ml) all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 5 cup (120 ml) panko bread crumbs
- 25 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 ounce (170 g)) jar jalapeno-stuffed green olives, drained
- 1 serving nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Put the flour into one bowl. In another bowl, place the beaten egg. In a third bowl, mix the bread crumbs with the Parmesan cheese.
- Roll the olives in the flour, dip them in the egg, and then cover them with the bread crumb and cheese mixture.
- Arrange half of the coated olives in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Air fry them for 12 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through the cooking process. Do the same with the remaining olives.
