Ingredients
- 11/2 cup (1320 ml) s froz en blueberries
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) flour
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s flour
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s cold butter, cut in slivers
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Coat the ramekins with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, flour, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Distribute the mixture equally into the ramekins.
- Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter in another bowl. Blend the butter thoroughly using your fingers. Spread this mixture over the blueberries.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Notes
- Coat frozen blueberries with flour to prevent clumping and thicken the filling.
- Mix cold butter with the oat mixture using your fingers for a crumbly topping.
- Let the crisps cool briefly after air frying to allow the filling to set before serving with ice cream.
