Description

Learn how to make crispy and flavorful salt and vinegar pumpkin seeds in an air fryer. Perfect for a healthy and delicious snack. Try it today!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (240 ml), rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar (240 ml)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (8 ml) salt

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the pumpkin seeds in a mixing bowl. Pour the apple cider vinegar over them and let them marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. After soaking, remove the vinegar and mix in the salt.
  2. Set your air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) to heat it up. Place the seeds into the air fryer basket and cook them for 30 minutes, making sure to shake the basket every 10 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, move the seeds to a plate lined with paper towels and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Ensure the pumpkin seeds are fully dried before marinating in apple cider vinegar to prevent sogginess.
  • Adjust salt to taste, considering the vinegar already provides a tangy flavor.
  • Shake the air fryer basket every 10 minutes for even cooking and to prevent seeds from clumping together.
