Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (454 g) salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onions, white and green separated
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) julienned ginger
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chili oil* plus more for serving
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare your salmon by drying it with a paper towel.
  2. Get your ingredients ready by finely chopping the garlic, cutting the ginger into thin strips, and slicing the green onions, keeping the white and green parts separate.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Let the salmon soak in the mixture for 10 to 30 minutes.
  5. Heat your air fryer or oven to 375 degrees and line the tray or basket with parchment paper.
  6. Arrange the salmon pieces, and pour the sauce over them.
  7. Cook in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 8 minutes, then broil for an additional 2 minutes to achieve a beautiful top crust.
