Description

Learn how to make delicious Air Fryer Salmon With Herb Butter! This easy recipe will elevate your cooking game. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (170g each), skin and bones removed
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried herbs or 2 teaspoons (10 ml) fresh chopped dill, thyme, or oregano
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) minced garlic or 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olive oil or vegetable oil spray, for coating

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon fillets and dry them thoroughly with a towel. Apply a thin layer of oil or a mist of oil spray. Sprinkle with the dried herbs or fresh dill, thyme, or oregano, along with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Line the air fryer basket with a perforated silicone mat or parchment paper, or simply spray the bottom. Set the salmon inside the basket.
  3. Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 380°F (193°C) for approximately 6 to 10 minutes. Lightly press the fillets to assess their readiness (the firmer they feel, the more cooked they are). Alternatively, use a fork to determine if the salmon is cooked to your liking.

Notes

  • Marinate salmon in minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
  • Ensure salmon fillets are fully dry before applying oil to prevent sticking.
  • Experiment with herb combinations like dill and thyme or oregano and garlic to discover your preferred taste.
