Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Fillets (450g)
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Salt
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Beef Fat
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Coconut Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the air fryer by coating the base of the basket with a non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon with olive oil and thoroughly apply the salt, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon pepper blend.
  4. Set the salmon with the skin side down in the air fryer and cook it at 375°F for 12 minutes.
  5. As the salmon cooks, melt the beef fat in a saucepan and introduce the minced garlic, stirring for 1-2 minutes over medium to high heat.
  6. Pour in the coconut cream and allow the mixture to reach a boil.
  7. Incorporate the parmesan, switch off the heat, and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce becomes thick.
  8. After the salmon finishes cooking, while still in the air fryer, cover it with the garlic parmesan sauce and return it to the air fryer for an additional 3 minutes at 375°F.
  9. When completed, cautiously take it out of the air fryer and savor your meal!

Notes

  • Note: Enhance the garlic flavor by increasing the amount of minced garlic in the sauce.
  • Second note: Ensure the salmon fillets are evenly coated with the seasoning blend for a delicious outcome.
  • Third note: Get creative by trying different cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar to add a unique twist to the garlic parmesan sauce.
