Ingredients

  • – 4 (113 g) pieces wild salmon fillet, skin on
  • – 1 1/4 tsp (6 ml) chili-lime seasoning
  • – 1/4 tsp (1 ml) kosher salt
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) garlic powder
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) oregano
  • – 1/4 tsp (1 ml) smoked paprika
  • – Lime wedges, for serving
  • – chopped fresh cilantro
  • – mango-avocado salsa, Optional for topping


Instructions

  1. Lightly coat the salmon with oil and apply the chili-lime seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and oregano.
  2. Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil or line it with air fryer parchment that has holes to avoid sticking.
  3. Position the salmon in the air fryer basket with the skin facing down and cook at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Accompany with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro, adding the optional salsa if preferred.
  5. Cook on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°F for around 10 minutes.
