Ingredients
- – 4 (113 g) pieces wild salmon fillet, skin on
- – 1 1/4 tsp (6 ml) chili-lime seasoning
- – 1/4 tsp (1 ml) kosher salt
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) garlic powder
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) oregano
- – 1/4 tsp (1 ml) smoked paprika
- – Lime wedges, for serving
- – chopped fresh cilantro
- – mango-avocado salsa, Optional for topping
Instructions
- Lightly coat the salmon with oil and apply the chili-lime seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and oregano.
- Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil or line it with air fryer parchment that has holes to avoid sticking.
- Position the salmon in the air fryer basket with the skin facing down and cook at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Accompany with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro, adding the optional salsa if preferred.
- Cook on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 400°F for around 10 minutes.
