Description

Learn how to make crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Salmon Bites with this easy recipe. Perfect for a quick and delicious seafood appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

  • 454 g salmon filets
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 10 ml Lemon Pepper Seasoning (no salt added)
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 5 ml smoked paprika
  • 5 ml kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon fillets into evenly-sized cubes. Transfer these chunks into a large mixing bowl. Pour olive oil over the salmon pieces. Mix all the given spices and coat the salmon cubes thoroughly with this seasoning blend.
  2. Cook in Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for a few minutes. Arrange the seasoned salmon chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for about 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly. Serve with fresh lemon slices to enhance the flavor.
  3. Store Leftovers: Place any remaining air-fried salmon in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  4. Reheat: Preheat the air fryer again before reheating by placing the salmon chunks inside and cooking them at 365°F for about 2-3 minutes.

Notes

  • For a more intense garlic flavor, increase the amount of garlic powder on the salmon cubes before cooking.
  • Customize the seasoning by adding a touch of cayenne pepper for added heat.
  • Prevent salmon from drying out by drizzling extra olive oil over the chunks before air frying.
