  • – 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml). Salt
  • – 1/4 tsp (1 ml). Black pepper
  • – 1 tsp (5 ml). Dried Rosemary


Instructions

  1. Rinse and clean the red potatoes thoroughly. Remove any eyes or blemishes. Dice into uniform 1-inch pieces.
  2. Combine the potato pieces with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and dried rosemary. Mix thoroughly so the oil covers all the potatoes.
  3. Place the potato chunks in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 400℉. Stir halfway through the cooking period. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Serve and enjoy!
