Ingredients
- – 5 cups (1.2 kg) Red Potatoes cut into 1” pieces
- – 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml). Salt
- – 1/4 tsp (1 ml). Black pepper
- – 1 tsp (5 ml). Dried Rosemary
Instructions
- Rinse and clean the red potatoes thoroughly. Remove any eyes or blemishes. Dice into uniform 1-inch pieces.
- Combine the potato pieces with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and dried rosemary. Mix thoroughly so the oil covers all the potatoes.
- Place the potato chunks in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 400℉. Stir halfway through the cooking period. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Serve and enjoy!
