Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g). baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml). garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml). Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp (5 ml). Cajun seasoning (optional )
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedge, for serving
- Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and, if desired, Cajun seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400°F. Let them cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, give the basket a shake and stir the potatoes. Continue cooking until they are golden brown and tender, which should take another 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, drizzle the potatoes with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before serving for extra flavor.
- Remember to shake and stir the potatoes halfway through cooking for even cooking.
- Adjust seasonings to taste – add more Cajun seasoning for spice or omit for a milder flavor.
