Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 5 tablespoon (23 ml) s olive oil
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) ground paprika
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) parsley flakes
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) chili powder
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) sea salt
  • 125 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items. Set your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice each russet potato lengthwise into two halves. Further divide each half lengthwise, and then split each quarter again in the same manner. This will give you 16 slices in total. Prepare the spices.
  3. In a sizable bowl, combine the potato slices. Pour in the olive oil and sprinkle with ground paprika, parsley flakes, chili powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper; stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Arrange half of the seasoned potato slices in the air fryer basket and let them cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Using tongs, turn the slices over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Repeat the process with the remaining slices.
