Ingredients

  • 2 Large Chicken breasts (900 g)
  • 1 cup (100 g) Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup (120 g) panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) vegetable oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Divide the chicken breasts into two portions each.
  2. Use a meat mallet to flatten each piece to an even thickness.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Apply mayonnaise evenly on both sides of the chicken pieces.
  5. Combine the panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl (omit panko for a keto version).
