Ingredients
- 16 ounce (454 g) s lean ground beef
- 5 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a big bowl, blend together the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into 16 identical meatballs, using a small ice cream scoop for ease, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Place half of the meatballs into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Give the basket a shake and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Move them to a serving dish and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Repeat the process with the other half of the meatballs.
