Ingredients

  • 16 ounce (454 g) s lean ground beef
  • 5 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 33333334326744 cup (80 ml) Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) salt


Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a big bowl, blend together the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into 16 identical meatballs, using a small ice cream scoop for ease, and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  4. Place half of the meatballs into the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Give the basket a shake and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Move them to a serving dish and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Repeat the process with the other half of the meatballs.
