Description

Discover a quick Air Fryer Lobster Tail recipe that teaches you to prepare succulent, perfectly cooked lobster tails in minutes. Elevate your dining effortlessly!

Ingredients

  • 2 (4 ounce (113 g)) lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoon (60 ml) s butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 wedges lemon

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients together. Set the air fryer to a temperature of 380 degrees F (195 degrees C) to preheat.
  2. To butterfly the lobster tails, use kitchen shears to cut lengthwise through the middle of the hard top shells and meat, stopping just before you reach the bottom of the shells.
  3. Gently pull the tail halves apart and position them in the air fryer basket with the lobster meat facing upwards.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the lemon zest and grated garlic, cooking until the garlic becomes aromatic, approximately 30 seconds.
  5. Pour 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture into a small bowl and use it to brush over the lobster tails. Discard any leftover brushed butter to prevent contamination from raw lobster. Sprinkle the lobster with salt and pepper.
  6. Air fry the lobster tails in the preheated appliance until the meat turns opaque, which should take around 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the remaining butter from the saucepan over the lobster meat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
