Ingredients

- 1 can black beans (240g)
- 1 lb ground beef (450g)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup mixed peppers (240ml)

- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
- Dash of salt
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Collect all necessary items.
- Slice the sweet potatoes into discs. Place them in the air fryer, lightly coat with oil, sprinkle with salt and garlic powder, and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
- As the sweet potatoes are cooking, heat a pan with oil and add the ground beef. Cook it for about 5 minutes.
