Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes (about 1 kg), scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) dried parsley, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons (56 g) butter


Instructions

  1. Prepare all necessary components. Set your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
  2. Coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Arrange the potatoes inside the air fryer basket.
  3. Allow the potatoes to cook in the air fryer until they become tender, which should take between 40 to 50 minutes, based on their size.
  4. Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Using your hands, squeeze the sides of each potato to make them open up and reveal the fluffy interior. Place a tablespoon of butter into each potato.
