Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes (about 1 kg), scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) dried parsley, or to taste
- 4 tablespoons (56 g) butter
Instructions
- Prepare all necessary components. Set your air fryer to a temperature of 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle them with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Arrange the potatoes inside the air fryer basket.
- Allow the potatoes to cook in the air fryer until they become tender, which should take between 40 to 50 minutes, based on their size.
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Using your hands, squeeze the sides of each potato to make them open up and reveal the fluffy interior. Place a tablespoon of butter into each potato.
